This website presents the work of Dr. Joy Adekunle and Transcend Coaching & Consulting Company. Use it lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access, impersonate another person, or submit misleading information.

Coaching and educational information
Website content and coaching conversations are for personal development, education, and general information. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, or financial advice. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for those needs.
Participation and progress depend on individual circumstances and engagement. No particular personal, professional, publishing, or financial result is guaranteed.

Booking and rescheduling
Provide accurate contact details and check the date, time, and timezone shown before confirming an appointment. An enquiry alone does not reserve a time. Keep the booking confirmation and meeting instructions.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, use the instructions in your confirmation or email [email protected] as soon as possible. Any service-specific attendance or cancellation conditions will be supplied separately before you commit to that service.

Programmes, availability and payment
Joining a priority list, requesting information, or booking a discovery call does not guarantee admission or enrol you in a paid programme. Availability, cohort dates, scope, and eligibility may vary and will be confirmed for the relevant offer.
Fees, currency, payment arrangements, cancellation and refund terms, and any separate agreement must be provided before a paid commitment. These general website terms do not introduce a blanket no-refund policy or replace mandatory consumer rights.
